Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Buffalo Chicken Wrap Dish Guide
Five in 25
Serves 4
Five Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 and ½ lbs.)
Buffalo wing sauce (to taste)
½ cup fresh blue cheese dressing
½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded
4 large tortilla/burrito shells
From the Pantry
¼ cup Flour
2 T olive oil
Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, roughly 1 inch cubes. In a large bowl, season chicken with salt and pepper and add flour and toss to coat the chicken.
Add olive oil to a skillet over medium high heat. Place chicken in pan in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary to avoid over-crowding the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until browned. Flip and cook for 3-4 more minutes until golden brown and the chicken is cooked to 160 degrees F. Remove from the pan to a large clean bowl.
Drizzle in as much hot wing sauce as desired and toss the chicken to coat.
Warm your burrito wrap in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add a layer of iceberg in the middle. Add a few pieces of chicken and spoon on some blue cheese dressing. Wrap like a burrito (see video), serve with desired side and enjoy.
You can add tomatoes, other cheeses, use ranch, etc. As with all Five in 25 videos this is to give you a baseline of quick culinary inspiration!
