Reuben Rolls
Reuben Rolls
Serves 4 (as an appetizer)
Five Ingredients
8 oz corned beef or pastrami, sliced thinly
1 package crescent roll dough
½ cup sauerkraut
½ cup thousand island dressing
4 slices Swiss cheese
Separate the crescent roll dough into 8 individual rolls. Place 1 T of thousand island on the large end of the dough. Add half a slice of cheese along the length of the dough followed by a slice or two of corned beef and a T of sauerkraut. Roll the dough up from the large end to the small and fold the triangular edges over to seal the ends.
Place on a baking sheet and cook at 375 F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with more thousand island dressing for dipping. These make a great appetizer or serve with a salad for a quick dinner.
