Sheet Pan Fajitas

Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas

Five in 25

Five Ingredients

1 lb Ribeye

2 bell peppers

1 red onion

1 Fajita seasoning packet

Flour taco/fajita shells

From the Pantry

2 T olive oil

1 T red wine vinegar

Slice the peppers and onion into ¼ inch strips. Slice the ribeye into long strips about ½” thick. Add peppers, onions and steak to a bowl and add the olive oil, vinegar and fajita seasoning.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spread steak, peppers and onions into a single layer on a large sheet tray. Bake 12-15 minutes or until steak is just cooked through and peppers have softened. Optionally you can turn the broiler on for the last 4-5 minutes to get some slight blistering and charring.

Warm the fajita shells in a foil pouch in the oven.

Serve fajitas immediately garnished with fresh cilantro, lime, hot sauce and any additional desired toppings.
