Tuna Salad

Serves 4-6
Five Ingredients
4 ~five ounce cans of tuna in water
¾ cup mayonnaise (more or less to taste)
2 ribs celery, minced (about 1/3 cup)
Juice of half a lemon
2 T sweet or dill pickle relish
From the Pantry
1 T Dijon mustard
Mince the celery and add it to a large mixing bowl. Drain the water from the canned tuna and add the tuna to the bowl. Add ½ cup of mayo, lemon juice, pickle relish and mustard. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly, breaking up tuna as you mix. Add more mayo, mustard, or relish if desired and refrigerate or serve immediately.
Serve on salads, sandwiches or with crackers as a snack.
