Buffalo Chicken Lettice Wraps

Serves 6-8 (as an appetizer)

Five Ingredients

1 lb. ground chicken

½ cup buffalo sauce

1 head bibb lettuce

Blue cheese dressing (to taste)

Crispy fried onions (to taste)

From the Pantry

2 T olive oil

Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken and brown and cook, crumbling into small pieces. Once chicken is cooked, add buffalo sauce and stir to coat chicken in sauce. Remove from heat.

To build, take a lettuce leaf or two and spoon in the chicken filling. Top with blue cheese and crumbled fried onions.
