Chicken Snack Wraps

Five Ingredients

8 chicken tenderloins

1 cup chicken breader mix

4 6-8” tortillas

1/3 cup pimento cheese

Shredded romaine lettuce

From the Pantry

2 T olive oil

Coat the chicken tenders in olive oil and then roll around in the chicken breader mix until well-coated. Bake (or air-fry) at 350 F for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through to 165 F internal.

Warm your tortilla in the microwave for 30 seconds. Spread on a heap tablespoon of cheese and lay down two chicken tenders followed by a handful of shredded lettuce. Fold over the two sides and bottom of the tortilla to form a wrap and enjoy!

This recipe is designed as a snack and can be modified with any sauces and toppings you desire.
